Terms and Conditions

Welcome and Thanks for your interest in Sailor.clothing.Before assessing the terms & conditions please note that terms & conditions might change anytime. Therefore, please check the terms & condition every time you place an order.

Order Policy:

  1. Order is possible for available items only
  2. Paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments.
  3. Home Delivery orders will be processed after the confirmation from our Customer Care representative.
  4. Please contact our Customer Care for any kind of order related issues.

Pricing policy:

  • All our product prices are excluded of VAT & TAX
  • Price of a product might vary in Sailor bricks and mortar store & website due to periodic promotional offers
  • Technical error in pricing information might take place due to system malfunction. In such situation, Sailor has the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

Shipping Policy:

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

  • Inside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 5 business days

Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.

Color Inconsistency:

We have tried our best to portray the accurate color of the products on website. However, still customers might experience color inaccuracy due to monitor discrepancies.

Information Inconsistency Disclaimers:

The website might display inaccurate information regarding product price, availability, pictures, size & color at times due to technical malfunctions. Sailor reserves the authority to correct & update that information from time to time.

sailor.clothing-এ আপনার আগ্রহের জন্য স্বাগতম এবং ধন্যবাদ। নিয়ম এবং শর্তাবলী মূল্যায়ন করার আগে দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন যে নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। অতএব, প্রতিবার অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় দয়া করে শর্তাবলী দেখে নিন।

অর্ডার নীতি:

  •         শুধুমাত্র স্টক আছে এমন পণ্যের জন্য অর্ডার করা সম্ভব।
  •         ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (সিওডি) এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্ট উভয়ের জন্যই অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদানকৃত   অর্ডার বাতিল করা বা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
  •         আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার প্রতিনিধির মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিতকরণের পরে হোম ডেলিভারি অর্ডারগুলি প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
  •         অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো ধরনের সমস্যার জন্য আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

মূল্য নীতি:

  •     আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে সমস্ত পণ্যের মূল্য ভ্যাট এবং ট্যাক্স ব্যাতীত প্রদর্শিত  আছে।
  •     প্রচারণা মূলক অফারের কারণে সেইলর আউটলেট এবং ওয়েবসাইটে একটি পণ্যের দাম ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
  •     সিস্টেমের ত্রুটির কারণে পণ্যের মূল্য প্রদর্শনে ত্রুটি থাকতে পারে। এই ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে, সেইলর যে কোন অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে। এ ধরণের যে কোনো অসুবিধার জন্য আমরা দুঃখিত।

ডেলিভারি নীতি:

আমরা আপনার অর্ডার সঠিকভাবে, ভাল অবস্থায় এবং সময়মতো পৌঁছে দিতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।

অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের ডেলিভারি নীতি নিম্নরূপ নোট করুন:

  •     ঢাকার ভিতরে ডেলিভারি: ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি
  •     ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি: ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি

অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে আমরা অর্ডার প্রদানের জন্য লজিস্টিক কোম্পানির সাথে যুক্ত। অতএব, ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া আংশিক আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণে। এরূপ কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দুঃখিত এবং এর জন্য আমরা ক্ষতিপূরণ দেওয়ার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছি।

রঙের অসঙ্গতি:

আমরা ওয়েবসাইটে পণ্যের সঠিক রঙ প্রদর্শন করার জন্য যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করেছি। কিন্তু, স্ক্রিনের রেজোলিউশনের জন্য রঙের ভিন্নতা হতে পারে।

তথ্য অসংগতি দাবিত্যাগ:

প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির কারণে ওয়েবসাইটে পণ্যের মূল্য, প্রাপ্যতা, ছবি, আকার এবং রঙ সম্পর্কিত অযথার্থ তথ্য প্রদর্শন করতে পারে। সেইলর সময়ানুযায়ী সেই তথ্য সংশোধন ও আপডেট করার ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করে।
